I have purchased a number of times from Two Seasons without issue - after purchasing a "leather belt" that looks awful after a couple of wears with a brown coating peeling off to reveal a light tan underside, I have sent multiple emails to customer services to return, all of which have been ignored. Plenty of other sites selling the same type of goods that I'll stick to from now on.

Ordered 2 wetsuits and 2 t-shirts on morning of 7/7 and heard/received nothing until 9pm on evening of 9/7 when they emailed stating 'we were unable to ship your entire order as some items are out of stock'. The email then stated that all 4 (separate) items were 'out of stock'. So they therefore took my order and money and sat on it for 3 days before cancelling. I doubt they ever had the items in stock. Maybe trying to raise some cash to pay rent/rates due to C-19??Problem is, I'm a professional (ASI) SUP/surf instructor and I needed the suits for work. I could've got them from our trade accounts, but fell for twoseaons aggressively Google ad-sensing me with (what now clearly were) too good to be true prices on their wetsuits. Admittedly, they were less than cost price.I see the some reviewers are getting their items, but I bet it's just the 'fashion' skate stuff they sell... because here's where things get fishy:- the cancellation email came from an address that seemed to be spoofing a defunct/out-of-business US cycle shop (twoseasons.com)- then, when I emailed to complain, the automated reply suggested I go to quiksilver-europe.com for customer serviceSo who are twoseasons.co.uk? Do they actually stock/sell wetsuits? Who knows?!But if you actually need whatever you're ordering (i.e. it's not a trucker hat) I'd go elsewhere. Or for cheap deals, the 'Spanish' e-commerce site that take a few weeks for delivery at least has accurate stock levels.They have since ignored my email, even though I pointed out I was a 'watersports professional' with access to Billabong account managers and the ability to use our social media to flame their customer service (we wouldn't really, of course, as ain't that bothered!).Still, it provoked me to write my first ever trustpilot review, so here ya go...!

Fabulous with free delivery couldn’t have been better

Twoseasons has always offered genuine products and they are the standard prices as everywhere else. But the great thing is, the sales sections are always filled with new and various little gems for a reasonable price. Plus, the delivery is fast with DPD. Also, they went above and beyond when I accidentally ordered the wrong size and adjusted it right away over the phone.

My delivery took over a month to arrive , they blamed it on the delivery company and it was not there fault , they refused any compensation for the extremely long wait .Will not be ordering from here again.

Having read other reviews prior to ordering from Two Seasons I was skeptical. But, their customer service was very quick in responding especially over the xmas period. I received email updates on my order including conformation, dispatch and tracking numbers and the item was received as stated, in perfect condition. Will definately be using again and I'm glad the original owners have returned to make this company as it was when it started. The only thing I could suggested is fragile and expensive items have padded packaging as a precaution as my item wasn't protected to the extent I was expecting in light of what I paid, but nevertheless, it was received unmarked!

Purchased a pair of size 9 DC trainers only two days ago which to my surprise happened to be £30 cheaper than route one!! Everything was faultless I was more than happy to pay the delivery charge as I got the trainers for such a good price!! Very happy with my experience with this company and this will be my first point of call for skatewear in the future. Thank you very much also parcelforce was great with the delivery!

A great shop in person and online. I have shopped on both online and in person at two seasons and I’m always left happy with a great purchase for everyday wear and snow gear. Especially in the Cardiff store particularly! I went in looking for some new clothes and a man helped me choosing some great clothes with some cool specs of waterproofing. Great experience

Was concerned with the other reviews but the savings available on the product I wanted was worth giving them a try. Item was ordered Wednesday morning, despatched Wednesday afternoon and I've just received them today (Friday) via Parcel Force 48 hours. Item received in perfect condition. Excellent company I'll be ordering again.

I was slightly put off by other bad reviews, but I think they have been struggling with the Covid downturn and changing ownership. I ordered a jacket late Sunday night, received immediate confirmation of my order, and confirmation and tracking of my delivery by 9am Monday morning. Delivery was free and sent via parcel force 48h. I only ordered from here as it was the cheapest place by £30 or more, I got a £270 jacket for £129! Looks like there is also another 10% off jackets, which I've annoyingly missed out on, use XTRA10 until Nov 1st 2020. But still, happy with my purchase and looks like they have hopefully sorted out any past problems they were having.

Delivered quickly and cheaper than everywhere else. Saw the reviews after I ordered and was worried but all was fine and customer service was good help.

After ordering a deck from two seasons I was annoyed to find a small scratch on the paintwork that had not been mentioned. I emailed customer service and within 15 minutes I received an extremely apologetic email explaining how sorry they were that this had happened. I was offered a free return and replacement or a 10% discount code and free delivery for my next purchase. I'm so sorry to see that even so recently as last month others had received such poor customer service as mine was exemplary. Will definelty shop with again and reccomend.
